May through October enjoy a relaxing getaway in our cozy carriage house. This 350 square foot space is located in a separate building on the property, ensuring the most private stay. Decorated in the mid-century modern style, the room is perfect for a couple or a family, with either two single beds or a king, and a futon. It also features a small library, TV/DVD, wireless internet, and porch. Breakfast in this room is self-catering, so you can take it at your leisure. We stock your fridge with homemade yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, preserves, and each morning we’ll deliver fresh breads & pastries to your door. For your convenience, there is also a coffeemaker, toaster oven, and small electric cook top.

• Rates:
$165/night double occupancy, $25/weekend for each additional guest. 
10% state+county sales tax apply. Please inquire about weekly rates.

• Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
There is a two night minimum stay on weekends, and three nights over holidays. We require a one night deposit, or a two night deposit for holidays. Please note that a less than one week cancellation notice will result in a loss of your deposit.

• Pets and a few other rules:
Our carriage house is dog friendly, with a few caveats. Please discuss your plans to bring your pet when you book – we’ll probably have a few questions! Generally, pets cannot stay in the room alone, and there is an additional $50 deposit for damages.
We are unable to accommodate pets during the month of May, 2009.
