Clean, comfortable and peaceful with a country feel but 10 minutes to great restaurants and Saratoga.

Pros: Michelle and Paul have thought of everything we could need during our stay. The homemade cookies are amazing! We never got to use the fire pit but we wanted to try making a s’more that they supplied.😊

We enjoyed a relaxed, stressful vacation in comfort.

Pros: We arrived to colorful gardens, chirping birds, a separate assigned parking place and our host ready to orient us. Then, we experienced two weeks of stress-free living in a spacious studio apartment that was thoughtfully supplied with toiletries, spices, cooking equipment and coffee makings. The washer and dryer (with soap, ironing board and iron) proved especially nice! And the location is convenient to lots of history, great restaurants and wonderful entertainment provided in Saratoga, Ballston Spa and the capital district.

Great stay ! Quiet and clean....couldn't ask for more

Pros: Homemade Cookies were good ..tons of snacks and water ... coffee.. unexpected! So many amenities ...we were impressed. The shower is to die for ! We loved how the bathroom is separate from the shower ...so convenient. It was rainy so we didn't get a chance to make smores ..but all the fixings were there and ready....if we had stayed in there were tons of games and books❤️ so cozy

Cons: A very minor thing ...a small dresser or cabinet or chest at end of the bed even would have been nice to put clothes in during our stay.
