Excellent apartment in BedStu, Brooklyn

Pros: Location is excellent, very close to J station (Kosciuszko), a lot of shops nearby. Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

Cons: I needed to remind the Owner to return the security deposit.

Would recommend for affordable stay in New York.

Pros: Great value property in New York. Close to Metro. Supermarkets nearby. Well decorated, clean and well stocked apartment. Good communication and responsive to requests. Would recommend booking and would stay again.

Cons: Stairs would be difficult with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. Not a fault just important to be aware when booking.

It is the BEST accommodation I have ever stayed abroad

Pros: Everything you can think of in terms of comfort, safety, proximity to movement and shopping

Great place in Brooklyn

Pros: All great!! The flat was clean and really good equipped. Very close to a metro station and a medium market. Communication was easy and quickly.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was a great experience, the apartment is very cozy, clean and pleasant. There are supermarkets nearby, the subway station is also nearby and is 15 minutes from Manhattan.

Cosy house with all the amenities

Pros: Cosy accommodation, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, in a beautiful building

Cons: Not a very nice neighbourhood, having to hand over a deposit, where with the exchange rates I lost more than 20 € between what I handed over and what I received.

Pros: Comfortable apartment, roomy and very clean. Well equipped. Sandy responded quickly to questions we had.

Cons: Steep and narrow stairs to go up but all Brooklyn apartments are like that

Good size, well kitted out, close to 2 subway stops.

Pros: Very clean, good to have the two subway stops close by and building was secure.

Cons: The steps might be challenging for some people.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment,clean and close to the subway.It was easy to move from there to Manhattan.The host was available and ready to help in case.

Pros: Sandy's apartment is a great place to stay for a trip to NY. The place was spotlessly clean. She herself was extremely helpful and quick with her replies. There is an excellent deli across the street. The place exceeded my expectations.. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Many thanks Sandy! I hope to be back again.
