Mountain View Suite on Jiminy Peak Ski On Off -New

Convenient location

Pros: I have stayed at Comfort Inn before in a different unit. Location is within feet of the ski lift. This unit was in one of newer buildings and decor was updated. Property owner seemed eager to help and sent few emails welcoming me to property

Cons: No blanket for sofa bed. Head of frame of sofa bed collapsed when setting up and could not be fixed. Unfortunately my late arrival did not allow me to contact property owner and front desk likely could not have offered solution. My son had to sleep sideways to avoid sleeping with his head lower than his feet. Very unfortunate.

Great time near The Berkshires, and off season at Jiminy Resort

Pros: The host, Howie, was the best part of this trip. I had clicked on the wrong room type, and when I got there with my son, on our yearly adventure, I was stressed. My son and I had to just leave our luggage to make a show we had booked in Pittsfield. I started texting Howie, and he made a room change happen, and even though it was close to 11PM, it worked out great, with door code changed remotely.

Pros: Excellent location and the property manager was fantastic with response and recommendations.

Great family getaway!

Pros: Loved the location and how easy to was to get to the slopes and somewhere to eat. Everything you'd need was right there. The suite had all the things you'd need for your rest time off the slopes. Loved Howie! Very responsive and received emails prior to our stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Had a really great time staff was friendly. Had a wonderful time skiing my neighbors and our family will be back up next

Pros: Beautiful area warm, comfortable room with a kitchen

Cons: The only issue I had was with the refrigerator all our drinks froze up

Great family getaway!

Pros: Convenient, activities that the children enjoyed 6&8 years old.

Pros: We stayed here for two nights with our 11 year old son. Great location, and good value for the area. We were exploring the Berkshires for a few days, and wanted to stay somewhere fun for our son. He loved the Adventure Park right there at Jiminy Peak, and the pool at the Inn. I can see this being a great ski on/off condo in the Winter for a small family. It’s decorated nice, comfy king bed and sofa bed. I loved having a Keurig and a stocked coffee selection.

Cons: Not a full size refrigerator or stove. Not a problem for us, but could be a bit difficult with a bigger family.

Pros: The apartment was cute, the bed and sofa bed were both comfortable, and the location is great. Howie, the owner, was easy to get in touch with.

Wonderfully Convenient Spot at Jiminy

Pros: Location and being right on the mountain was great. The room was clean and suited us great. The property manager (Howie) was very attentive and responsive.

Cons: The condo itself and building is a little dated, the bathroom doors don't close nor lock, and mirrors and showerhead were hung for short people. I am 6 feet tall and have to squat just to look in the mirror or get under the showerhead. TV is kind of a 'bring your own logins' Roku setup which is not ideal for folks with regular cable. As a process/info improvement: It would be helpful to include instructions/info for where the keys to the ski lockers are and how to locate the lockers (given it's a ski mountain). Fridge/Freezer is old and tiny.
