A decent option in Hartford - close to the action and comfortable.

Pros: The host communications as well as the apartment itself were lovely. The apartment has been set up for ease of use - you can cook, relax, work. All modern conveniences are provided. All of our party found the accommodations comfortable. We were also within a short walking distance of Pratt Street and of course all the local sights of Hartford, including the park and the Wadsworth.

Cons: This was a vacation for us so it would have been good to know that the building is currently undergoing a very involved renovation before we booked - the outside was dusty and the hallways were dirty - they've removed the ceiling molding and are just storing it along the hallway walls, exposing the wiring in the ceiling. It was noisy in the hallways at night. Also the parking pass provided by the host is great, but it's a little bit of a walk from the building, across some sections of traffic with no crosswalks - ok for one of the adults to chance and run across, but unsafe with a kid and dog. It was also hard to figure out visitor parking so we could unpack before going to the parking lot. Some more communication around these things would be great so you can make an informed decision about staying here.
