Pros: The street had ample parking. The location is on corner and the neighborhood is quiet. I also liked the appliances and the large sink .
Cons: It was a lot of steps to get to the apartment. Carting bags in was a workout

Spacious and clean apartment
Pros: Spacious, clean, and upgraded 2-bedroom apartment with a nicely equipped kitchen. Located in a residential neighborhood in Hartford's south end. Beds were comfortable. There were window air conditioners in each bedroom plus the living room. Our host Modupe was kind and replied promptly to our inquiries. I would welcome the chance to stay there again.

A spacious stay in an historic old section of South Hartford
Pros: This is an extremely spacious unit for a solo traveler, with 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit, in between which are a comfy sitting room, a bathroom, and a large kitchen / dining space. There is plenty of closet space storage for one's clothes and other items. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The hot water for bathing, cooking, etc., came very quickly. The location, in an older section of South Hartford, is nevertheless easy to access by car (i had a rental car), and street parking was ample enough near the rear stairwell entry up to the 3rd floor unit. There is a large park just a few blocks west of this building, and really nice neighborhoods within walking distance. Hartford's very attractive downtown is just a several minute drive to the north.
Cons: Like most buildings in the hallowed towns of northeastern USA, this is an older building. There's no elevator to the third floor, and the wooden steps up are narrow and steep-- definitely hold on to the wood railing for safety. I travel lightly, with a single backpack for airline \

Nice stay, close to everything!
Pros: Convenient location, easy entry, nice appliances, two bedrooms spaced apart was nice for work
Cons: TV requires Hulu account to be used, only one set of towels, on the 3rd floor with no elevator, bathroom outlet was finicky
