CoHouse New Haven steps to Yale University

It’s a very cosy place, excellent for a long stay.

Pros: Very well maintained and facilitated, good location and Ulo and Oyi were super helpful and friendly

Cons: The noise from the streets, especially in late evenings. It’s out of the control from the host but they provide ear plugs too. Very thoughtful. So, nothing really.

Perfect

Pros: Very well decorated, very comfortable and charming: the house is originally a historical landmark with beautiful original features but super well renovated with modern Colors and top notch bathroom and kitchen. Convenient place walking distance to large non expensive supermarket. Close to college.

Coolly elegant apartment with excellent hosts in a great location close to Yale

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs, a very short walk from Yale University. The apartment was delightful, beautifully set up, with cool soothing decor and a very nice gentle fragrance wafting through excellent aircon. The hosts couldn't have been better, responding in minutes by friendly email. Three of us stayed, using the single bedroom and a (great!) sofabed in the sitting room, and we all felt un-crowded and slept really well. I will be visiting the area for family reasons in the next few years, and I hope I will be able to book CoHouse again.

Cons: It is really hard to think of anything that could be improved about our whole experience. Perhaps a bigger towel rail in the bathroom?

Great experience

Pros: It was a wonderful stay. Ulo+Oyi were super helpful and sent a few messages in case I needed anything additional. The apartment was very nice and clean; the bed was great and had two options of pillows per person + extra towels in case needed. Plenty of space to hang your clothes. The kitchen was totally equipped and the living room area was very comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly as well as the A/C. Overall would 100% recommend and will repeat if I ever need to stay in New Haven again.

Cons: Everything was up to standard.

A great apartment in a great location near Yale's campus

Pros: The location was perfect to walk quickly to Yale campus and to the pool. The apartment had plenty of room for the two of us, and we appreciated the ability to spread out in the living room and dining areas. The shower and bathroom were great and the decorations were excellent. All in all it's a great place to stay. We took the train so cannot speak to parking from experience, but there seemed to be plenty of parking on the street.

Cons: The apartment heat was very warm when we arrived but we quickly adjusted it to the right temperature. The faucet in the bathroom sink had a lower flow of water than we would have liked, but it was not really a problem, and I am sure the owners will correct that.

Cosy place, great location

Pros: Highly comfortable one-bedroom apartment, with a lovely and chic decoration, that has all the essential amenities, great/comfy bedding and that is very clean. The location is particularly convenient : 5 minutes walk to the city center and to Yale. There is a possibility to park in the street and communication with the host was both easy and agreeable. I will stay there again if I come back to New Haven.

Fabulous Apartment Style Lodging - 100% staying at CoHouse for future visits

Pros: Perfect location. Staying here was a lovely experience - it was quiet, clean and peaceful. The hosts are lovely and checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. Will definitely come back to CoHouse for future visits!
