Pros: *Outdoor paradise! (grill, cooler, picnic table, fire pit, life jackets, paddleboard, kayaks, plenty of seating, solar lights on dock & fire pit) *Host- very kind and super responsive * Simple, clean beach cottage decor * Yellow porch lights to eliminate bugs * Quiet riverfront neighborhood * Mirrors on the backs of bedroom doors * Air fryer * Easy access to groceries, ice cream, church, activities * You Tube & Netflix accessed via cable channels 2001 & 2003 * AC units in the house / extra blankets

Cons: -for a house that can sleep 8, 1 bathroom can be a little tough -a few kitchen items would be a great addition- salt/pepper, cooking oil, hand towels -bedrooms are very bright in the morning (eye masks are provided)
