Peaceful, relaxing stay in Maplecrest

Pros: Hosts did a great job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the back deck was beautiful, especially when enjoying hot tub! We loved all of the games/activities that were provided and enjoyed going to the small lake down the road with our girls. The girls loved riding their bikes in the front driveway and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch to watch them.

Cons: Bedrooms were only in the basement and second floor. This was not so much of an issue, except the second floor was very hot because there was only air conditioning on the main floor. The basement was very cool and comfortable to sleep in, but we would have liked to use the upstairs rooms. Probably wouldn’t be an issue for fall/winter renters. Kind of out of the owners control, but important to note the house is about 30 minutes from grocery stores/pharmacies, etc. This worked for a short stay but might impact those who would want to stay longer.
