Pros: The house is beautiful and roomy, the beds are comfy and large. We came with 3 kids, so one slept on the sofa - she loved it. Excellent value for money.

Perfect stay! We got a good price being a booking genius member!!

Pros: The hosts were great!!! There is a very nice woman who lives in the basement house on this property. Nice to have such a great pet friendly property!! Even had dog bowls! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests! The house entrance is completely separate and private. Very close to SPAC and Saratoga racetrack .Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept smoke from Canadian wildfires out of the home😊

Convenient, Comfortable and Relaxing!

Pros: The location was convenient to the racetrack and the downtown area. The house was conducive to relaxing after a long day at the track. It felt like being home and would recommend it highly as a place to stay.

Cons: Only thing I could think of is having an address close to the driveway as on our initial day we drove past the house several times before locating the house. It was minor but could assist future visitors.
