Beautiful, welcoming house in a great location.

Pros: Everything is excellent at this property. The location is great, across the street from a shell-filled beach in a quiet neighborhood but with food and supplies easy to find nearby. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, very attractive beachy decor and everything we needed. Lots of comfortable seating and eating/work space. Especially a very good supply of towels! Very nice touches of little toiletries and even sewing essentials. Very welcoming! The location was perfect, near the family wedding we attended but also very close to downtown New Haven, 20 minutes maybe for dining and sightseeing.

Cons: I can't think of one thing that was missing.

Gorgeous beach house worth every penny!

Pros: The location of this house is perfect for anyone who loves the beach! It was less than a 2 minute walk to the sand. There’s a restaurant to the left and one to the right of the property which made dinner an easy choice!

Cons: The tv in the upstairs bedroom did not work and the one in the living room needed to be set up which took us a little bit of time to do.
