Cozy Comfort at the Cozy Corner Motel

Pros: Cozy Corner Motel was ideally situated for my trip to Williamstown, as my work site was just under a mile away. I was warmly greeted by staff upon arrival. The premises are bright and cheerful, with many homey touches. It does seem a family live at the motel, which I think is fantastic, and everyone had their role to play during my stay. The Cozy Corner Cafe (no relation) is right next door, which made finding dinner a breeze. My room was very nicely appointed, the bathroom also having been updated.

Cons: There were only 2 items of note. The first is that there was no refrigerator in my room, even though the property description says there is a fridge and microwave in each room. That was a factor in deciding to book here, but it turned out that I didn't need either, so not that big of a deal. The second itme of note: my room had what may be the brightest blue light on a wifi router ever. At some point, someone applied some gaffer tape to the broadest part of the lens, but, man, that thing is so bright, you can read a newspaper by it. I wound up throwing a towel over it. That's it. And if that is the worst thing about a place, it's a pretty cracking place, innit?

Pros: Warm n comfy AC Offered a continental breakfast which we didn't take advantage of as left early. 8 a. m is too late

Cons: Being upstairs..... International travellers tend to have large suitcases..... No lift

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly 👦 at the reception, cool sitting place near the water... ideal for having a glass of 🍷 in the evening

Cons: Opened windows at night might be an issue as the road is quite noisy

Pros: Perfect location. Deceptively lovely rooms. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.

Cons: Towels were too small and hate the fact that everything at breakfast is single use throw away. Not enough concern towards the environment.

This is a little gem well placed to visit a historic area!!

Pros: The location was very well placed to visit so many historic sites in the area. The room was quiet, and well equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, nice clean towels and good size bathroom!, Although the motel was fully booked there was plenty of room for breakfast either in the breakfast room or taking it to your room!. The continental breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold selection. If some items ran low it was quickly replenished!! The owners made you feel very welcome and open to advising the best routes to places of interest!

Pros: Such a homey and relaxing environment. Right next to a beautiful creek and surrounded by trees but still well located. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with our choice. We will be back.
