Very comfortable hotel not too far from Times Square walking

Pros: I loved the comfortable beds friendly door men and bartender

Cons: The first room allocated to us. I kept hitting my leg against the exposed steel frame of the sofa bed

Pros: Great location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. We got great recommendations for breakfast outside the hotel and for dinner.

Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was a pre-packaged brown bag with a bottle of water, bottle of juice, pastry that wasn't fresh, a yogurt and a banana. Room was not clean. There were crumbs around the corners of the room, and lots of dust in all the vents.

Considering it was a last minute booking due to an issue at another hotel. I can’t complain, rooms where big and spaciou

Pros: The staff were friendly, it was clean and good value for money as hotel was booked with a few days notice. Definitely coming back to new York and the west gate

Cons: No sauna or steam room facilities. That’s just being picky.

Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location for midtown. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: The gym is small and doesn't have much choice of equipment.

Very good stay. Already booked to return

Pros: Loved the location and ease of uber drop off and pick up. Staff very friendly Lifts came quickly

Cons: The cafe/ bar could be open longer. Foyer music much too loud ! Room didn’t get cleaned on one day but we got breakfast vouchers and an apology
