Property Was Good. Dealing With Vacasa Horrible.

Pros: Condo was very clean and well-equipped. Some of the windows dont operate properly, so we were thankful that the weather was cool or it would have been uncomfortable.

Cons: Vacasa was horrible to work with. They never provided a code to access the pool and hot tub, so we couldn't use them. They said that the code was in Vacasa's Trip Mgr app, which it wasn't. Very dissatisfied with Vacasa and will, in the future, avoid staying at any property they manage. They are unorganized, and their customer service is extremely poor.
