Pittsfield's Best Kept Secret.

Pros: I am always happy with my stays at the Berkshire Inn. The bed is super comfortable. I love that there is a bathtub. It's quiet and the staff are nice and accommodating. Great value. Recommended.

A comfortable motel.

Pros: The room was clean when I came in. The maid came every day. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well.

Cons: The clerk at the front desk was not very friendly and there was a glass partition which made it difficult to hear. This is not a criticism of the motel but, if you visit Pittsfield, it's better to drive there. No uber or Lyft.

Convenient place in Berkshire to discover the country

Pros: Beautiful area to walk or eat cheap fast food. 🍱 I loved the mirror and the bed. Pittsfield downtown is not far away and you can go 30 minutes by car to the amazing The Clark Museum or Tanglewood for concerts. I also liked the pool!

Cons: It's a motel so not so nice view from the room, because of all the asphalt and cars. It is also a quite small hotel so everything happens at one spot...you definitely doesn't feel alone at the hotel.

Accessible accommodations at a reasonable price.

Pros: Great location and you can tell that the owners are making improvements. We were cool and comfortable in spite of the heat…the pool wasn’t that inviting - needs privacy via plants.

Cons: The cleaning products are a little strong. So the room was a little smelly. Not moldy but over powering industrial soap.

A valuable motel in charming Pittsfield.

Pros: Location is next to downtown with shopping and dining nearby. Room is clean and comfortable.

Autumn stay for a couple of nights

Pros: Owner and his family were very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked some of the artwork in the room. Thanks so much.

Cons: Adjoining rooms with bed in one room up against the wall with bed from the next room need sound proofing. The man next door was a very loud snorer. Coffee pots and coffee in the room would be great. I didn't find a password for WiFi if it was available.

Pros: The property was very well-maintained. It had a flare of like you were in Florida very pretty grounds well kept and clean centrally located near a lot of activities to do at night and during the day.

Cons: There was nothing about the property. I didn’t like, but whoever was next-door to us. They had their TV going until 2 o’clock in the morning. I had to turn on white sound on my phone to go to sleep. That’s the only thing that upset me.

Cons: I kept almost tripping over the little rise to the bathroom from the rest of the room. Needs a piece of moulding or whatever you call it.
