East Rock Inn

Fantastic stay. Highly recommended

Pros: Room was super clean and seemed newly refurbished. Liked the usb ports on the bedside lamps. Bed was comfortable, and fridge was a good size. Liked the toiletries in the bathroom. Location was good- just a short drive from Great Barrington Main Street. Also liked the self check- in and out. The communications from the inn were timely and helpful.

Cons: Bathroom fixtures were nice and all seemed very new, but the space was very small. No complaints but overall we somehow felt like it was expensive for a fairly small, albeit modern room.

Pros: Beautiful brand new motel. Spotless and ideally located. The host is very welcoming and kind.

Pros: It’s a clean, modern place. It’s well located, and easy, with all text check in and out.

Cons: It’s not an Inn—it’s a straight up motel. The rooms are quite small. Overpriced, but that’s New England.

The suite was clean and comfortable. We will visit East Rock Inn again.

Pros: The room and suite were just what we were looking for (Bedroom was separate from the rest of the suite) everything was very clean, and the extras were very appreciated. We were able to spend quality time with each other. Purchased food from a local gourmet deli and supermarket and brought it back to the suite. We were able to enjoy dinner and breakfast in the privacy and comfort of the living area in the suite.

Pros: To begin with, the location is lovely. Other hotels and motels are all set right by the road. The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.

Small room but updated and clean

Pros: We liked that the hotel.was updated and had a modern aesthetic. It was clean as well and the bed was comfy. Also a great location.

Cons: We stayed in a dog friendly room and our room was very small. We have small dogs so it worked ok but if you had a medium or large dog, there would be no room for the dog to lie on the floor.

Exceptionally clean, outstanding communication and attention to detail.

Pros: One of the cleanest lodgings I have ever stayed in!
