Great place to stay for the area

Pros: It was a great location for the family event I was attending. The room was pretty clean and the front staff were friendly. I liked that there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Cons: I feel the included breakfast could have been a bit better. The food was not the greatest. I wish parking pricing could have been a bit cheaper.

very good option for a short stay.

Pros: The staff at the front desk in the afternoon/night was very friendly and attentive. It made a huge difference. We were able to early check in and late check out. THANKS A LOT!

Cons: The pool was closed. We are also charged for the use of the parking while we didn't use it one night and we stayed in the guest section on the other.

Pros: Nice staff, very well designed rooms though a little bland. Bed was super-comfy.

Just the right location and a very comfy hotel.

Pros: We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We did enjoy a snack at the bar one evening, and the bartender was a lovely guy. We enjoyed his company. The room was exceptionally clean. The shower was great, the towels were nice a thick, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The vent in the ceiling of the room was pretty loud and disrupted our sleep somewhat. I guess it couldn't be turned off (we did ask...) We had a little difficulty with the room-darkening shade, but maintenance repaired it very quickly.

Pros: The front desk was very helpful and we really enjoyed the company of Louis at the bar. He was delightful. Such a nice visit at your hotel. We were there over the weekend for a wedding in the Bronx. Our room was exceptional.
