SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tuckahoe Westchester County

We loved this hotel.

Pros: Our room was big, clean, and modern. We liked that there was also a sofa, a desk, and plenty of room for clothes.

Cons: Everything was perfect inside the rooms. The only thing we did not like was that the snow in the parking lot was not removed.

Great spot to zip into New York for the dar

Pros: Location was very safe. We walked to and from the train station with no issues. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful with any of our questions.

Cons: Nothing really. Breakfast was OK most mornings but really enjoyed the bacon morning!!

Great, comfortable second stay

Pros: Great comfortable stay. Solid breakfast, easy parking and very helpful staff. This was our second stay and would stay again. Was great especially after a long flight with 3 small children. Thank you!

Cons: Only very minor comment was the TV didn't work properly but I think this is an issue with the app Marriott use as have had this issue with other Marriott hotels. If we stayed longer than 1 night we would have got it sorted by Maintenance I'm sure. Everything else was great

Fit for purpose as we were visiting our family in Tuckahoe and used the hotel only to sleep at night and have breakfast

Pros: Conveniently located in tuckahoe. Friendly reception and serving staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: The linen kept slipping off in the night making it a trifle uncomfortable. Rooms serviced only every other day. It would be nice to have the beds made up daily

Great for an overnight stay

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a fair price for the Westchester county location and a basic breakfast was included. The fitness room was nice and so were the staff. We were able to get a late checkout and also left the bags until 5 pm while we went to lunch. There is a nice Italian restaurant a 5 min walk up the hill.

Cons: There isn’t a safe in the room. And by no fault of the property but it is good to know that the distance from the train station was a 15 min walk uphill. Take an Uber.

Pros: Convenient location at a reasonable price to travel into NYC by rail. Facilities are clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast has a decent choice, even though we would have liked more healthy options e.g. fruits.

Friendly staff

Pros: The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and a bonus of free hot drinks 24/7. The room was a good size.

Cons: The decor was a little tired and there was an intense chemical smell in the corridors.
