Convenient and comfortable with exceptional staff.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful especially the young lady manning reception, we think her name was Noelle or Nicky. She helped us immensely with our onward journey and was really friendly with the kids.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall great value. Met my expectations. Great location if you want to visit New York or just a nearby shopping mall.

Great location great price comfortable stay!

Pros: Location is great. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. Plenty of parking and was great being able to have so many restaurants and shops outside the door

Cons: The shower rail was broken, just hanging on but didn’t want to move the curtain in case it fell down and there were dirty hand prints on the wall which didn’t look like they had cleaned.
