Pros: They allowed me to check in earlier than their usual check-in time. The property was clean and in a very good location, where food stores and other shopping areas are accessible within 10-15 mins walk
Cons: Their lift was not working at the time due to repair and I had traveled with heavy luggage hence needed assistance but only got it when checking in but not when checking out

Overall, the stay was 👍
Pros: The location, friendliness of staff and the perk of breakfast and expresso machines 24/7, add some extras to this stay.
Cons: The coffee brewer in the room was not cooperating and there was an odor coming through the vent in the room.

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, very comfotable and clean room. Cozy atmosphere and surroundings. Very good for a getaway and relaxation.

A good hôtel for a night when leaving on an early flight and will use again
Pros: Easy to get to on way to JFF from Larchmont and convenient for catching a morning flight. Good sized clean room and decent choice at buffet breakfast. Receptionist was friendly as was person in breakfast room. Gated parking
Cons: The check in feels a bit like visiting a high security location compared to hotels in CT.

Great place to stay, clean room but noisy next to road. Not far from a subway station by taxi.
Pros: Staff was great, room was clean 👌 👏 breakfast staff was excellent. Very helpful
Cons: Breakfast, was just ok. To must sweet things. Egg? Or what ever it was had tast like powder. Been at the front near to the road a bit noisy.

My stay was GREAT & absolutely worth it! A LOT of pro with LITTLE cons.
Pros: I LOVED mostly everything!I got the King Spa Room.. ANYTIME I book a room with a jacuzzi, I bring my own sprays and clean it (in-case it isn’t up to par).. This SPA was IMMACULATE. Not one spot on my rag!! The whole room was spotless actually!! They even provide DOVE products in the bathroom & bubbles for the SPA!! Willie at the front desk (Spanish Male with Glasses) was sooo nice & helpful.. He even called us after check-in (which went so smoothly and only took about 5 minutes) to make sure we were happy with the room!! (I’ve never experienced that, during an hotel stay). The property is very clean, quiet & up to date!
Cons: Like I said I loved mostly everything but there were a couple things I didn’t LOVE, but will not stop me from staying again.. The continental breakfast was EHH, the women running it the morning of my check out 11/6/2023 was kind of rude & another women at the front desk had a bit of an attitude.. I came down at 9:15 am and ALL i got was 2 undercooked waffles (the worker cooks it herself, if you try to touch waffle maker she will yell at you) & and an apple juice. No bacon, fruits, not your typical hotel breakfast, but they may have ran out (breakfast is between 6-10 I believe). Another EHH of mine was the in-suite bathroom.. It was SPOTLESS but the most outdated out of everything at this property. The shower is SMALL (maybe 3-4 feet wide MAX) & toilet is something like a public toilet.. The bed was very squeaky and wasn’t the best (but also wasn’t the WORST), atleast I didn’t wake up with back pain! The worst complaint I have is.. During my stay, they were getting work done in the parking lot so you had the choice of moving your car by 7 am or parking it in the parking garage across the street (they pay for it atleast) on the ROOF level. Carrying luggage on a about 10 minute walk in the middle of the night (we stayed out late, experiencing the city) wasn’t very comfortable for 2 women traveling solo.. but like I said they atleast paid for the parking.

Our stay was very welcoming, we wanted to stay longer.
Pros: Bed, Lighting, and the staff welcoming us and at breakfast were great! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to hear about more good rates to return soon. Our niece just moved to the Bronx.
Cons: We got it confused with the exact same name hotel on Girard Ave, also in the Bronx, which made us waste $50 on an extra Lyft.

Great safe and comfortable hotel
Pros: Very nice and quiet hotel with a very safe parking lot. We will stay there again whenever we are in the Bronx. We will also recommend it to our friends - Thanks!
Cons: It would be hard to say what could be better other than maybe more soap and shampoo when there is more than one person occupying the room
