We love this amazing mountain getaway!

Pros: This is our second time here, it is beautiful, scenic, inviting, cozy, super duper clean, breakfast was better the first time around with butter milk pancakes and white bread french toast (they were oat pancakes and whole wheat french toast this time) but still ok! Staff is SO SO friendly, pool is not heated so we didn't bother this time it was kinda chilly but we did use it last time and it was ok! We are definitely coming back!!!

Pros: It was super clean. And the staff was great. Both husband and wife team, who ran the place where super friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. The room was small but very charming and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Nice mountain air, beautiful scenery, and great hospitality. Definitely going back.

Charming & sportive retreat

Pros: It a small friendly place surrounded by nature and very well équiped to practice all kind of sports ( tennis , pool , volley ,…) & enjoy good food and good drinks .

The perfect overnight accommodation for hiking guests in the Catskills

Pros: I had an excellent three-day stay at Slide Mountain House and enjoyed the peace and relaxation of the property. Slide Mountain House is located in close proximity to the Catskills' most popular hiking trails, most notably the Slide Mountain Trail and the Giant Ledge Trail. Breakfast was delicious and served a la carte by extremely friendly staff - leaving nothing to be desired. In the evening, I had a good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I liked the Slide Mountain Inn across the street best, which offers special treats of German cuisine and also stocks many types of beer from Germany. Just the thing after an eventful day of hiking in the Catskills. I will definitely come back one day.
