Pros: It’s smal apartment hotel with all necessary items.

Clean, lovely and welcoming

Pros: Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.

Cons: Rooms are alittle dark and one room was smaller than the other bedroom but nonetheless, it was still great. Unfortunately there were some renovation works so didn't hsve access to their gym.

Marvelous

Pros: Everything was just perfect. I felt very much accommodated. My husband got sick any staff was very thoughtful, very thoughtful and accommodating.

Cons: I liked and enjoyed everything just wished a spa was downstairs.

Pros: Very professional staff quick with check you in and helping you.

I had a great stay I would definitely recommend.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The woman who was in charge of the breakfast area was attentive and very hospitable.

Cons: Great atmosphere, I was there for a friend’s 50th Birthday party and decided to book a room so I didn’t have to travel home late. The property is in the cut( you need to know how to get there. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

Friendly staff, clean rooms good breakfast!

Pros: The property was clean. Staff was very friendly. We liked that there was free breakfast and Dunkin nearby.

Cons: We came for Christmas so the location wasn't very close to Manhattan, but it was definitely manageable

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The hotel was very nice. It was clean. The sitting areas in the lobby are very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay and exceeded my expectations

Pros: This was my first time ever in NYC and this hotel was incredible. Every single staff member that I encountered was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel had great parking, very clean and modern. I also felt extremely safe staying there. You need a room key to enter the hotel after certain hours and to use the elevator which I thought was a great safety feature. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many choices. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the people working there. Thank you for making my first trip a great one!

Cons: There is nothing that I didn’t like about this property. It went above my expectations.
