Great humourous (Canadian spelling) staff, knowledgeable and great to talk with.

Pros: Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location, as I was heading towards Vermont. Just the right amount of driving in one day from Toronto.

Cons: I wished there was a restaurant with the hotel instead of a bar.

Pros: I was pleased with the overall appearance of the hotel. The availability of breakfast even at a cost was a nice option. My floor was very quiet even on the weekend. Staff was very approachable and helpful.

Cons: In the future, please consider a complimentary breakfast.

I’d stay again. Friendly service.

Pros: We were not told that breakfast would be ending early that day (Mother’s Day) so we had to eat in 15 minutes.

Cons: What’s with the entrance on the bottom floor? We did not see a sign there directing us to the lobby and check-in.

Overall it was a great stay. Compared to other hotels I’ve recently booked this took the cake by far

Pros: The breakfast was excellent tasty and love that there was a variety. Rahayu (think I spelt her name incorrectly) she was very friendly and attentive in the dining hall. Stacey the front receptionist was also very friendly and helpful with the area and getting around.

Cons: The carpets on the stairs and dining area needed to be vacuumed as there was chips hair pens under the table in the waiting area by the couches and bits of trash on the steps. The headboard in my room also needed attention as there was visible dust.

Outstanding

Pros: Room was extremely clean and the bathroom was immaculate and nicely appointed. It is nice to have the bath towels within the tub/shower. Suggestion for improvement: 1) Heat Lamp in the bathroom on a timer. 2) Make the bathroom door self closing. This can be done inexpensively by swapping the center hinge to a spring hinge.
