A very pleasant experience in a clean hotel that provided excellent customer service.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. AJ is an asset to your team. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and handled himself well even when some patrons were rude and unpleasant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. I should also mention that there were some teens running around making noise until management got involved. Before we could report the noise, AJ was already handling the situation. It was a blessing to have him working during our stay. Keep up the excellent work!

Cons: A dog on our floor barked all night our first night, but after that, it was quiet and easy to rest and sleep.

Great place to stay!

Pros: I liked everything! Check-in was quick a day easy, my room was already cool when I arrived, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, there were Dove products in the bathroom, and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast was good, and the area was spotlessly clean and well stocked. It was an excellent two day stay and I would gladly stay there again.

Cons: Loved it all.

It was peaceful but I had to leave out to get my tv hookup because of the tv wouldn’t give me access to the smart servic

Pros: I like that the pool was warmed could be a little warmer

Great location. Clean comfy bed.

Pros: Clean comfortable and quiet. Right near airport. Friendly staff. They put us on the top floor to avoid loud above us bc we had a 2 year old.

Cons: Tub was rusty. Water pressure bad.

This was an affordable option and I would stay here again.

Pros: Staff were courteous and friendly. Very clean, no smells. Room was spacious. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast options were plenty, even had a waffle maker! Room was comfortable.

Cons: The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were not comfortable.

Pros: they kept me safe from a severe abusive stalker and made me incredibly comfortable during the incident although i do feel absolutely horrible this took place at the premises and i am so very sorry for the inconvenience to the business and employees

Pros: It was conveniently located close to the airport, lots of shopping and close to hiking trails

Cons: There was some noise from the upper floors that weren’t sound proofed much at all. Besides the ignorant, inconsiderate humans that lack manners slamming doors every time they go in and out of the room- it was pleasant

Comfy bed and quiet heating/ac

Pros: Bed was comfy and heating/ac quiet, two very important things!

Cons: We went down for bfast at 9:45 (ends at 10:00). The eggs were empty and were told they werent going to make more. We complained and they got made, but was not good hospitality.
