Pros: Superbe chambre équipée genre studio, avec mini-cuisine très pratique et tout fourni pour réchauffer ou préparer un simple souper plutôt que sortir au resto. Chambre très propre , de bonne dimension . Lit confortable, douche chaude, et déjeuner plus que complet et très varié ; c’était vraiment étonnant, tout le choix possible, et un bon café, très bon et plus fort que la plupart des hôtels où le café gratuit est souvent faible et peu gouteux.

Cons: La clim (près du lit) et frigo (mini cuisine à aire ouverte) sont un peu bruyants, si vous avez le sommeil plutôt léger. J’étais fatigué, donc j’ai bien dormi , et seulement réveillé le matin par ces bruits. Vraiment, tout le studio était impeccable au niveau propreté, sauf il y a eu un petit oubli au niveau du bain qui n’avait pas été bien nettoyé. J’ai voulu en parlé au gérant le soir-même, mais on m’a dit qu’il était de service seulement le lendemain.

Just perfect!

Pros: The room accommodation was clean & comfortable. The breakfast that was included was a pleasant surprise, and the staff was very accommodating in the dining area. The food selections were excellent. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Very enjoyable, wish we had been there longer.

Pros: The room was way nicer than expected and the breakfast was Great! If we ever have occasion to visit the area again we would definently stay again.

Cons: We only had decaf coffee in the room.

This is my go to place whenever staying in Albany.

Great choice for a family weekend at RPI

Pros: Staff were so polite and friendly. Super helpful! New and modern feel Well designed living space with mini kitchen that was well stocked with essential tools and such Comfortable bed Delicious breakfast with many options for our family needs .. keto, gluten free, vegetarian (it's not easy!). 🩷Loved that there was a free EV charger available at the bank across the lot.

Cons: Elevator issues that weekend The pull out couch bed was ok, not great. The blankets for the pull out were scratchy. My kids would have liked a comforter or quilt.

Wonderful welcome and clean room. Breakfast was hot and yummy. What more do I need?

Pros: This has become my go-to location after finding something gross in another similar hotel in the area.

Cons: Nothing, it’s always been perfect.

I would stay there again

Pros: Responsive to our needs. My wife was there for surgery. They made a wheelchair available upon our return from the surgery center to assist with returning to our room. Entire staff was friendly.

Cons: Perhaps the breakfast could have had a little more variety, but it was OK
