Pros: The location is very good, close to the airport and to Wolf Rd where there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall. The breakfast choice is limited, the portions are moderate but food quality is ok. The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are spacy. Windows have good noise isolation.

It was fine but will look elsewhere in the future

Pros: With breakfast not included i was happy cider belly donuts was 10 minutes away.

Cons: I was suprised that breakfast wasn’t included with the room.

Would stay again if I had an early morning departure at Albany Airport.

Pros: We left before breakfast was served, at 3:45 a.m. I appreciated the shuttle, which was prompt and efficient.

Cons: I liked everything about it and had no complaints.

Pros: Very clean facilities, including pool and fitness center. Lounge and bar space were nice.

Cons: Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice. Unfortunately, our room was adjacent to the meeting room, which had a gathering of a hockey team - they were slamming into the wall, which was our heads. I called the front desk and they didn't know what was going on in there or when it ended. They didn't even offer to check, so I went and asked the families myself to stop slamming into the wall.
