Hotel Trilogy Albany Airport

This a very good place to stay alone or with family.

Pros: This place was very good, the desk greeted me with warm welcomes. I did not have breakfast due to my schedule.

Cons: I really can't say if anything I didn't like cause I was going to meeting's most of the time.

We well definitely stay here again when we need a hotel near Albany.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The Fitness Center was clean, and all equipment was in good working order. The staff, especially the waitress we had for breakfast, were friendly and eager to help meet any needs we had.

Cons: The reception area didn't offer complementary coffee or ice water, as most hotels do, though there was a coffee station in our room once we got there. The breakfast was very expensive.

Pros: The room with a couch area was nice and huge tv. Comfy bedding.

Pros: The room was very chic and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed.

Cons: The large bath towels are too small for anyone over a size 2 to wrap around themselves.

Pros: Great location. Top line registration staff. Very good small bar and café.

Will make this our go-to choice of stay when traveling to Albany.

Pros: Ease of check in. Honored requests. Great breakfast at restaurant. Very clean. Ease in connecting to wi-fi. Free wi-fi. Has a fitness center.

Cons: Staff could have thanked us for our stay upon checkout.

Great , but not on Sunday or Monday .

Pros: Very clean. Staff was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: No restaurant available on Sunday night or for breakfast on Monday morning . Not even ANY breakfast on Mondays . Hopefully this situation can be corrected and I would consider this hotel every time we travel , not just on certain days of the week .

Pros: Location to Airport, Very quiet, Clean, Modern styling, comfortable bed. Would have liked to have a spare blanket available. Friendly staff, Close to the Main drag.

Cons: The room was very nice. Unfortunately the heating unit under the window next to the bed was Extremely LOUD! Would have appreciated some pens and paper for the desk. Had to have some help on the coffee maker. Two employees showed up immediately and solved my concerns. They were very friendly and wanted to be sure we were totally satisfied.

Pros: Even though my flight was an hour late at 10:30 PM, on a Sunday night, the Trilogy Hotel sent their shuttle within minutes to pick me up. Their driver, Andy, was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The bare floors of my room were beautiful to look at, but some form of rug would have been nicer to walk on. Although, I admit the floors were absolutely clean.

We enjoyed our short stay.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, with REAL scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. That is so appreciated!

Cons: It was a little pricey.
