A great place for a family base in Nassau County/Garden City/Levittown area!

Pros: Very friendly staff (especially the new employees such as Andrew who were undergoing training during our stay), really spacious and well appointed rooms, indoor pool & gym area and excellent breakfast. Fantastic value for money. Very highly recommended.

Cons: Some of the carpets outside the elevators on the 5th floor were badly worn/frayed.

Surely a family hotel, my kids loved it

Pros: Staff was amazing,they always had smile on their face. Breakfast was delicious with many options for all age group. It was very clean, tidy and vibrant place to stay, my triplets loved it due to excellent swimming pool, cool place to walk around, shops and markets are very close by. We loved it and wish them the best for taking care of us.

Very pleasant

Pros: If I’m going to be completely straight we could all moan going into these places the room was comfortable and spacious there was issues with broken tiles in the bathroom however the staff and location more than made up for it also the WiFi was very good and very strong location was great swimming pool was also very good

Cons: The tiles in the bathroom was loose and had bad edges but this would not put me off rebooking staff are more than helpful

Pros: I like that the property was less than a hour away from JFK, it is close to all the amenities. The staff is friendly, check-in was a breeze.

Cons: I didn't like the paid parking. The sofa bed needs to change.

Pros: Calm safe place, check out at 12, swimming pool 10 am to 10 pm, free breakfast, very big and clean room with fridge and coffee machine..

Cons: Fire alarm at 5 am by accident. No apologise and no info from reception what is going on. Elevator temporarily out of order due to that still at 10 am. We were at 5th floor. Troubles to get to swimming pool. Was closed at 9 pm already and in 10 am I had to request several times to open it. We choose this hotel mainly due to swimming pool altough it is far from city center and JFK airport so the public transport and taxi to hotel can be expensive.

Pros: I like the staff at Hyatt Place, they were friendly and nice. Room was clean and fresh. I am thinking about booking my next trip as I have enjoyed this hotel so much!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends and families.
