Baychester

Pros: This apartment is a nice sized unit with a comfortable layout. I felt warm, and cozy and I enjoyed watching through the bedroom window the squirrels play among the treetops and run along telephone cables in the morning sun. The neighborhood feels safe. It is a quiet, family neighborhood where everyone takes care of his home, snowfall is quickly cleared by residents for safe walking and I always got smiles with a greeting when passing along the sidewalk. I chose this unit for its convenient location regarding my needs. And convenient it was. I enjoyed a brisk 30-minute walk to Jack D. Weiler Hospital mornings, and felt perfectly safe riding the bus home at night, only 8 stops. I felt safe everywhere I found myself: in the unit, on the bus and walking. Check in & Check out was simple. Communication with the administrator was very friendly and open and she was very quick to respond.

Cons: The apartment was not as clean as I like things to be.

I'd book this again.

Pros: Beautiful, clean building in quiet, friendly upscale area of Bronx. The space was nice and well equipped and smelled wonderful. Beautifully decorated bedroom and great sleeping bed and pillows. Washer/dryer was a great plus.

Cons: The place was a little too dark with not enough light available in the kitchen or bedroom or bathroom. The kitchen really could have been a bit cleaner.
