NYC Cozy Private Bedroom with Free Parking & Near Subway - Business & Tourists

Very comfortable stay in the Bronx

Pros: Very comfy apartment with lots of personal considerate touches, like snacks, extra towels and new bedding. It's a sunny and warm space. And there are lots of useful shops within a minute walk (laundromat, corner stores, pizza). The owners are lovely and very welcoming.

Cons: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest train stations (10 mins), and the train line was down in the weekend, so it was well over an hour to get to Manhattan (as we had to take a bus for part of the way). But this is nothing to do with the apartment - just the location.

Pros: Charming apartment, clean, well maintained, modern kitchen with plenty of utensils and great shower. The host was very welcoming and promptly replied to questions. We managed well with taking the subway to see the sights in NYC.

Cons: Nothing, the apartment met our expectations.

Pros: It was a beautifully furnished apartment in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, grocery stores and close access to the 2 & 5 trains. The property was clean and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. The building is a classic pretty brick house and the inside was very cozy.

Pros: Carlos és Karla különlegesen vendégszerető, proaktív, közvetlen, és az elvárásokon messze túlmutató szolgáltatásokat kínáló vendéglátók. A lakás jól fel van szerelve, a konyhában mindenféle főzéshez és tálaláshoz szükséges eszköz, alapvető fűszerek, olaj, mártások, hűtött ásványvíz, kávé, tea stb. vártak, a fürdőben is minden volt, amire szükség lehet. A környék relatíve biztonságos, az utca kifejezetten rendben van. Rövid sétára a 2-es, kicsit hosszabbra az 5-ös metróvonal állomása, ezekről Manhattan nagy része egy órán belül elérhető. Jó szupermarketet nem találtam a közelben, a városban jobb bevásárolni.

Pros: Everything you needed (dishes, pots and pans, toiletries, etc.) was provided. If you needed anything else, they would bring it to you. Good private parking. Friendly owners.

Pros: Todo me gustó es limpio, cómodo, es un lugar muy acogedor nos hizo sentir como en casa y los anfitriones muy amables al pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro 💯 recomendado 😌☺️

Peaceful Vibes.

Pros: This place was Amazing. The host made me feel as though I knew them. Like we met before. I felt comfortable in the rental. I was able to contact them at my leisure. And they was on point with answering my calls and text messages. I plan to visit again. Sooner than later.

Cons: Duuuh. Lol, nothing. It was an awesome stay.

Nice apartment for a family vacation

Pros: Great location on a quiet street with off-street parking. Walking distance to both line 2 and line 5 trains to Manhattan. Grocery stores / restaurants + pizza nearby.

Cons: Temperature in the apartment fluctuated down quite a bit. Solved this with conveniently provided space heaters.
