Excellent apartment in the Bronx

Pros: The property was perfect for a short stay in the Bronx. The neighbourhood felt very safe. There was ample on street parking. The host was super responsive, before and during our stay, and even sent a you tube short how to use the key pad to access the apartment. There were snacks, including healthy snacks, coffee, tea and water in the apartment which most appreciated as we had been on a flight all day and had not eaten and it was too late to get food. The apartment was very clean and warm and there was a good shower and comfortable bed.

Pros: It was a perfect spot for one person or a couple! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the surrounding area. Spotless apartment! If I could move in permanently I would! Daryl was a perfect host!

Pros: L’appartamento è davvero ottimo, molto carino e dotato di tutti i comfort. Si trova vicinissimo all’ospedale Jacobi e all’ Albert Einstein college of Medicine infatti è perfetto per chi per lavoro è in cerca di un alloggio vicino queste due strutture. Inoltre si trova a pochi passi da una fermata dell’autobus che porta a pochi minuti alla stazione metropolitana, si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi la Morris Park dove ci sono vari negozi. Il quartiere dove si trova l’appartamento è un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e lo consiglio assolutamente. Il proprietario, Daryl, è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile e devo dire che mi ha fatto sentire a casa.

Pros: Had everything you need, great location in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance from bus stop. Host was incredibly helpful with check in and made sure everything went smoothly.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Morris’ Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Morris was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in easy and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: Addie from the location, the layout of the bedroom and general facilities was great. The placement and design of the furniture and appliances made sense. Great appointments of household items. Simple thoughtful abundant welcoming detail-oriented amenities and provisions. Felt secure with the multiple locked doors.

Cons: Really didn’t see or think of anything amiss.

Great stay at walking distance of Einstein College of Medicine

Pros: Mi estancia fue por trabajo muy cerca de la propiedad, a distancia caminando. El sector es muy seguro para transitar en la noche y también a distancia caminando para comer en restaurantes o comprar groceries. La propiedad también está relativamente cerca de paradas de autobús, aunque un poco alejada de estaciones de metro.

Cons: La calefacción es con calefactores eléctricos con pantallas que simulan fireplace. Si bien generan una sensación de confort, también durante su funcionamiento producen un poco de ruido que me afectaron un poco porque sufro de sueño liviano.
