Cozy, great location…its really pretty

Pros: It’s a couple of minutes walk to Smith college, which is where I wanted to visit. So try location was perfect! It was clean. It was cozy and really lovely! They’re very forcible about cleaning timings. They have board games kept there for cold evenings.

Cons: 1) The breakfast was all cold food…even the boiled eggs were refrigerated:) Also identical every day. 2) I’d gone to visit my daughter at Smith so got me it was perfect… but that street really needs to get some lights. It’s so dark getting to the hotel.

It worked out very well for us and we'd stay again.

Pros: Location was perfect for us as we were returning a student to Smith College. The Ellery is very easy to find.

Cons: Room seemed a little bare without any floor coverings and it could use more on the walls, but it was really fine.

Pros: Staff did a great job of assigning our rooms to be close to friends we traveled with. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Great breakfast options.

Cons: There was an odor, especially in the halls, that was a bit unpleasant.

Great location, Northampton has lots to offer, rooms comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is in Northampton which is a lovely town with some lovely buildings, full of lovely choices of eatery's, bars and shops. We stayed for one night and went into the town to eat. Found a lovely restaurant towards the bottom of the town. the hotel was perfect, very nice lounge area for all guests. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.

Cons: The breakfast choices were a little disappointing, could have benefitted from some more fruit choices.
