Comfortable place to stay

Pros: It was close to the airport. It was clean, room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a good selection both hot and cold for breakfast.

Cons: It would've been a better stay had they had a pool and hot tub.

Pros: Location was excellent. Breakfast was good, but the quantity of some items was limited. Staff was very accommodating..

Cons: Halls could have been cleaned more often., and exterior walkways needed to be salted due to ice.

Great stay. Went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast :)

Pros: The rooms were clean. The wi-fi was good for what I needed. The location was very convenient (right off the highway-91 N/S). The staff was amazing.

Cons: The breakfast was not that great. The food trays were not replenished at a decent time. The selection was limited. I did not notice any juice options. There was only coffee and tea.

We had decent stay, got pretty good rest, and enjoyed breakfast but didn't appreciate shower problem

Pros: Room temp good. King bed comfortable. Room amenities good. Location good. Saturday daytime desk clerk excellent. Complimentary breakfast was nice and provided items were good.

Cons: Ottoman is wore out--needs to be replaced. Safety item noted and told to Sunday daytime desk clerk but not very responsive. Shower curtain rod is not fixed solid to wall, it's only laying loose on top of shower stall.. It fell on my wife during her shower but fortunately it did not hit her head when it fell down. Maintenance needs to fix this before someone gets hurt. Also, when my wife got her shower circa 10:00 pm water temperature was luke warm at best. When I showered around midnight there was ample hot water. Maybe a mechanical problem, maybe supply exceeded demand at 10:00 pm? Parking lot being nearly full suggests hotel was pretty full Saturday evening. Our room number was 216.

Very pleased

Pros: Very pleased with my stay. Front desk employee had a great attitude very up beat. I didn't need help with my luggage however, staff did offer to help. Was appreciated. Will definitely be sharing experience with friends and family.

Pros: The room was cozy and always warm. We stayed during the snow storm and had everything we needed! The breakfast was good, could make some improvements on selections but all in all we enjoyed our time.

Cons: The jacuzzi tub was dirty and paint was chipping off the inside.
