Comfort Inn Wethersfield - Hartford

Pros: Comfort Inn was fine with very friendly and helpful staff. However,, Booking.com has been a nightmare.

Cons: Booking.com is a nightmare. I cancelled the last of three nights for two rooms a week in advance of arrival, well within the time frame required to make the change without penalty. Nevertheless, a few days after I cancelled the third night, booking.com charged me for the three days for two rooms anyway and is giving me the runaround to get my refund. Including wanting me to call a number in Europe. Be aware that you cannot email Booking.com customer service, Your email will be returned undeliverable. You can only communicate via these windows. Very comfortable and satisfying.

Pros: I did love how the room provided a supply of sheets and towels for the bathroom. The toiletries and television were awesome assets for a lazy inside the room lol. The pool was also soothing.

Cons: Wish the food was well-prepared and offered more to eat. Was appetizing but felt hungrier after dining in at the hotel. The room and fitness center made up for it though!

We were very pleased and specifically Lisa in front desk was very helpful

Pros: Staff was very polite and professional, the breakfast was good with several choices. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I didn’t have an ice bucket in my room and had to use a plastic bag. When we first arrived one of the bulbs in our room were blown, but was fixed right away.

Pros: Customer service was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great and sufficient. Rooms were very comfortable.

Cons: There was some unpleasant mariguana smell in the hallway.

Good weekend stay for the Holiday weekend.

Pros: The Continental breakfast was good my daughter and I enjoyed that and our rooms were good too

Cons: Fix the up and down elevator controls on 3rd floor. You can only press the up button to get the elevator to come to the 3rd floor.

Pros: The new owners of the property we’re not only kind and gracious they were there if we ever needed anything at any time this was our fifth time in five years staying at the facility and Wethersfield Connecticut. We will do it again in a heartbeat. The breakfast bar is outstanding. The rooms are more than just a good value. This is a wonderful place for the price. You’ll never go wrong. Forget about those negative ratings come and see for yourself.

Pros: Fica perto da rodoviária, possue um mercado próximo e algumas lojas diversas por perto! Academia e lanchonetes a poucos minutos a pé!

Cons: O cheiro do carpete pode ser prejudicial pra quem tem problema olfativo .
