Pros: It’s a little beautiful Inn located in good residential community near to UMASS Amherst . The owners are nice people and since the hv just bought this property recently they hv done good job upgrading .

Cons: BF was very nice , people were very hospitable .

Cons: college town on a friday night makes for some street noise late at night- but nothing unexpected.

The Black Walnut Inn is the quintessential New England B&B experience.

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic! There were different delicious traditional and seasonal choices each day. The owner and staff were welcoming and attentive. The historic property was lovely, well kept and the rooms were homey.

Cons: WiFi was fine, but I was better off roaming during peak times.
