Pros: we where impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of tge hotel

Cons: did not like the way breakfast was ordered, we expected a buffet breakfast, when i asked for a coffee, I was told it was coffee or orange juice that i could have, the cafe lady was a little overwhelmed with this ordering ststem

Pros: Great location to visit the Yale University area. We were there only for one night, lovely cafes and restaurants nearby to the hotel. We managed to visit the Yale Art gallery which was amazing. The staff at the hotel at check in especially were kind and very helpful. Many thanks to them.
