New Haven trip

Pros: Location is very central. Clean rooms. Good staff.

Pros: Friendly welcome, size of room, comfort of the room, location for Yale and good restaurants.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything was perfect, like a hotel in Vegas with a breezeway bridge over the street to the parking garage! This really should be a 5-star hotel, as it offers and delivers that quality of service and professionalism!

Cons: Everything was perfect with impeccable service and an amazing staff!

Amazing place to stay

Pros: The front desk staff were lovely especially Stephanie! So helpful and made our stay fantastic. Rooms lovely and clean.

Nice and comfortable

Pros: The room was very large and comfortable. There was a bar, coffee machine, fresh water and ATM at the lobby. The lobby was very beautiful and large. The staff was super friendly.

Pros: Excellent and extremely helpful staff, clearly committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction at check-in, check-out, and throughout my entire stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable with very cozy beds, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant. The location is great and very central.

Cons: Nothing negative to mention, except that my first room was slightly noisy due to a large nearby A/C unit. However, the staff immediately changed my room without any discussion or complications, and handled everything very smoothly and professionally.

Pros: Everything about our stay was superb. First, they checked us in an hour earlier which I have never experienced with the hotels before, and they even gave us a bigger room (with 2 queen beds!). Exceptionally clean rooms! Everything that we needed was in the room - we didn’t have to ask for anything else. Fast WiFi. The little market downstairs where you can buy bare necessities was very convenient. The lobby itself was huge and very cozy. The staff were very kind and attentive. We were especially grateful for their kindness shown to our Akita and the permission to park on the property. If we return to New Haven, this is the only place we will stay.

Stylish rooms

Pros: Beautiful and stylishly equipped hotel room within walking distance of Yale. The stay was very comfortable, and the parking garage right across the street made things super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, luxurious accommodation and a wonderful welcome to New Haven.

Pros: Fab hotel, we loved our stay here. The location was perfect for downtown eateries and Yale, the room was large and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Four star comfort at budget prices. No bar or restaurant and breakfast was a help yourself snack selection but these were all well advertised in advance and there's a huge selection of places to eat and drink right around the corner. The highest praise though goes to the two delightful ladies on reception who were super helpful and utterly charming. Annoyed that we've forgotten both their names but if you were either of the two receptionists who met the road-tripping English couple on 6th/7th Oct 2025 then show this review to your boss and ask for a raise!
