Graduate by Hilton New Haven

Pros: Gorgeous hotel with great ambience. Far from a boring chain! Full of charm, character and personality.

Cons: Breakfast options poor, especially for vegetarians.

Nice place, with possible constraints

Pros: Nice decoration and theme. Near University (which, of course, could also be a negative)

Cons: Steps at entrance. Just be aware, we had 4 heavy cases to carry up and down the steps, I think a total of 10 steps from street level. We didn't see a Porter on arrival. I didn't see a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Staff was efficient and rooms were great.

Pros: I loved the old building and the way the room decor was. U also loved the way the bathrooms were tiled. The breakfast place was amazing and run efficiently. The food was excellent.

Cons: I think room slippers would have been great. Refillable glass bottle in the room would have helped. Also, shower caps in bathroom would have been a plus.

Pros: The room was very comfortable. There was no breakfast offered

Cons: China mug rather than paper cup for tea/coffee in room. Public areas very quiet on Sunday evening. Not possible to get any food or drinks.

Pros: Great location and a lovely setting. The coffee shop and bar were welcome additions.

Pros: Everything I expected from this stay came true and even more. It really has the old charms that you'd expect from a hotel next to the old and honorable Yale Campus. I'd love to go back to new haven just to stay at this hotel again.

Very pretty hotel next to the Old Campus.

Pros: Very stylish, well furnitued room. Excellent bathroom with good toilettres. Friendly staff. Breakfast options available downstairs early in the morning. Old Hedelberger pub in the same building. Easy access to the Old Yale Campus.

Cons: The room at the and of the corridor, one of the windows overlooking the dumpster. You could hear all the AC and other devices at night.

Overall great! Will definitely come back.

Pros: The location, the ambience, the staff at the front desk, the room and lobby decoration.

Cons: The cleaning is not every day. Sometimes only the garbage is thrown away, but not the room cleaning.

Really comfortable unique hotel which made an excellent base to explore New Haven , and Yale

Pros: Quirky hotel . Really nicely appointed room .Great bed . Really good shower . All the requisite facilities. Very handy location to explore Yale Museums and Campus Really good pub/bar in the basement

Cons: No car park so extra hassle in sorting out parking - but knew that beforehand .
