good place for the money. better than the photos show. be ready to climb some steps.

Pros: location was great for access to LGA, and for walking to the US Open. It's a mostly Hispanic neighborhood and a few blocks away there are a lot of food options.

Cons: It's relatively minor, but because it's a converted attic space the walls are sloping and in the bathroom you have to kind of bend over to brush your teeth or go tot he bathroom.

You get what you pay for

Pros: You get what you pay for and this place is good value for money. Clean (as opposed to what has been mentioned in some of the reviews on here). Nice neighborhood. Easy check in (which is only at 6pm -read the fine print).

Cozy, comfortable, great value and easy location

Pros: This was a darling loft for two members of my family. It was a last-minute booking and we so appreciate the great value, convenient location and nice neighborhood. The host was great with communication and made this stay nice. Thank you!
