Good base to discover NY by metro!

Pros: This is the ground floor of a 2 floor house. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a single bed each will easily accomodate 6 people. Sofa at entrance hall. Kitchen is OK but bathroom is really small. AC is modern and silent (in all 3 areas). Area is poor but safe. People in area speak Spanish (many dont speak English). There is great supermarket just around the corner.

Cons: There is no view from the windows. There is noise from the upper floor due to wooden floor. Some electrical plugs were not working.

Pros: The neighbourhood was fantastic with excellent food mostly Hispanic and felt really safe and alive! And the apartment looked exactly like the pictures and gave us a pleasant experience for our stay!

Cons: Not a big deal but It's just my personal suggestion that I have neeed more warm blanket than a comforter.

Pros: I love the fact that everything was clean and neat. Easy access getting in and out the home. You near everything that is convenient for your stay.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that you cannot park in the driveway and have to find parking.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Junction Boulevard (ligne 7), qui permet de rejoindre Times Square en 30 minutes. Très pratique également, un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 se trouve à 2 minutes à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé avec deux chambres, chacune disposant d'un lit double et d'un lit simple, ce qui est parfait pour les familles ou les groupes. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute. Ils ont rapidement répondu à toutes nos questions et ont même pu nous fournir un matelas gonflable supplémentaire. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour pratique et confortable à New York !

Cons: le canapé n'était pas convertible, mais il pouvait tout de même servir de lit d’appoint pour une personne. Heureusement, les hôtes nous ont mis à disposition un matelas gonflable très rapidement, ce qui a bien compensé. Aussi, il n’y avait que 5 chaises autour de la table, ce qui peut être un peu juste si vous êtes 6 à vouloir manger ensemble. Malgré ces petits détails, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !

Pros: Me. gusto todo del apartamento, muy limpio, excelente calidad precio, el área es en Queens, pero seguro, es de latinos, para desayunar y cenar perfecto, la linea 7 del metro es muy fácil para el transporte, conecta fácil con Manhattan y con el airtrain JFK para el aeropuerto, el servicio excelente, Sanjay (Anfitrión) fue muy atento y nos apoyo con todas las solicitudes.

Cons: Nada, todo estuvo muy bien.
