Pros: Very close to train station and 25 mts to Times square. Late night travel aslo safe and streets had people walking. Close to restaurants and shops..24/7..

Cons: Basement room with low celing....hair dryer not working Booking.com address and house address are diffirent ..

Pros: We stayed in this apartment for a week to visit Manhattan and the other neighborhoods of New York. After a long search for the right solution for the three of us, we met this nice house, which has been the perfect choice due to its affordable price, convenient distance, and easy connection to Manhattan. The apartment was comfortable, perfectly clean, warm, and included some services provided by the host that we really appreciated. The host is kind and very accommodating to every need—highly recommended!

Pros: A localização é boa. Fomos em época de frio, e o aquecimento era excelente. Tinha tudo o que precisamos.

Cons: O encanamento faz bastante barulho e a altura do teto é bem baixa, o que pode ser um problema para pessoas muito altas. Para nós não foi um problema.

para nueva york recomendable su ubicacion….

Pros: la ubicación muy buena es lo que esperaba era muy lindo el apartamento, es un basement pero esta muy bien diseñado para alojarse y sobre todo cerca del aeropuerto LGA y buen acceso al metro y a los centros de interés y la comunicación fue por medio de WhatsApp todo el tiempo pero siempre responde lo encontré genial.

Cons: lo único que no me gusto fue un ruido de caída de agua que sonaba en forma frecuente y era molestoso pero es el único detalle.
