Lovely hotel bit dodgy area but you can't exactly move it!

Pros: Very clean and modern feeling and staff all seemed very friendly especially the guy in the bar upstairs from venesuala

Cons: The area it is in could be somewhat unsettling.

Perfect New Haven Location

Pros: The location to Yale is great easy walk to so many restaurants and New Haven highlights. The staff were great our coffee machine didn’t work they gave us free coffee vouchers in the cafe. Loved the alacarte breakfast so much nicer than a buffet.

Absolutely fabulous in all ways.

Pros: Fantastic stay. Fab location for Yale. Staff super friendly and nice little extra Yale touches during graduation week with Yale decorations and a reception in the foyer. Would highly recommend

Pros: Good location for graduation at Yale. Staff friendly and valet parking excellent

Cons: Hotel and rooms a bit dated. Bathroom a bit cramped. Expensive for what you got although I suspect this was mainly due to limited hotel space during graduation. If you are coming during graduation week then book at least a year in advance if you can.

Excellent location, staff and facilities

Pros: Location is excellent if you want to walk around Yale university and see the beautiful parts of New Haven. The room was large and comfortable and the view from the 19th floor was spectacular!

Cons: The room wasn't sound proof and there was a nigh club nearby

Cons: Wifi isn't free and it would be good if u could schedule room service, i spent 2 night and was never asked about room service, which never happened.
