Great location, but minor issues

Pros: Lovation. The proximity to Central Park and metro station cannot be undervalued.

Cons: The internet did not work. The host gave inconsistent messages about checkout itme. And dis not call when I asked for it.

Great apartment in an ok neighborhood.

Pros: Es departamento es estupendo. Muy bonito y bien tenido. La ubicación es muy buena y está cerca del metro y líneas de buses. Hay que mencionar eso sí que el barrio es muy ruidoso pero para eso usamos tapones para los oídos. Lo otro que hay que tener en cuenta es que debajo del departamento hay una tienda que vende hierba y las nubes de humo se meten en el departamento pero uno se acostumbra y además eso ocurre en todo Nueva York actualmente. Estuvimos en primavera pero nos tocó dos días demasiado calurosos para la época del año y no teníamos aire acondicionado (un buen ventilador sí pero no dio abasto para el calor) pero me imagino que el departamento va a tener uno cuando sea verano. En cualquier caso la comunicación con nuestra contraparte en NY fue siempre fluida y muy amable. Quedamos muy contentos con nuestra elección! Lo recomendamos 100%

Cons: El barrio es bastante ruidoso pero con tapones para los oídos lo pudimos resolver. Hay una tienda de venta de hierba debajo del departamento y el humo de sus clientes o usuarios se mete en el departamento. Eso puede ser molesto... o no, dependiendo de la persona. Aunque hay un ventilador falta un aire acondicionado que me imagino se instalará para el verano. A pesar de estos aspectos recomendamos el departamento de todas maneras!
