Excellent place to stay

Pros: We only booked this as we were flying Albany to LaGuardia and it was close to the airport. We've stayed at 14 hotels during our month touring north east USA and i wish they had all been this standard. (eg some hotels claiming to be 4* weren't as good as this). Very modern, clean, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Nice to have somewhere to sit instead of the bed and a mini kitchen was a bonus. Excellent value for money. I think this could be the best airport hotel I've stayed in.

Cons: Nothing not to like (except impossible -to-use plastic cutlery at breakfast which is standard at hotels like this).

Pros: Front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and offered privacy from my kids. Was fun watching the planes land

Cons: The bed was a slight hard for my liking but I've slept in worse beds before. Overall had a great night's sleep

Comfortable safe and would stay again

Pros: Proximity to the airport and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Cons: The fact that house keeping didn’t come everyday

Perfect

Pros: WE were only there for 1 night. We got an emergency call at 3:30 am to chang our pick up time for our rescue dog from 630 am to 4:15 am. We never experienced your breafest. I thought the rooms were excellent.

It was an amazing stay!

Pros: The room was very nice, with a nice view. The gym was clean! The breakfast was on time with a variety of options, also tasteful and the staff were very friendly, helpful and on top of my requests.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Surroundings and the hotel itself was clean. Staff was very helpful. There was ample parking on premise. Overall I really liked the hotel.

Cons: The rooms could be a little bigger, bathroom and interior is a bit dated.
