Cozy Apartments Woodside near Manhattan

Short break near Woodside!

Pros: Apartment had everything. Lovely staff and agent. Great location for me. Right beside No18 bus! It had a back garden, lovely in the summer.

Cons: Nothing all good 👍

Pros: The property is so clean and well arranged. Better than what you see in pictures. You have own bathroom. Its in Queens and affordable. 5 mins walk to the bus station / 15 mins walk to train station, 40 mins away to Manhattan

Cons: The only comment I have is for the toilet paper which you cannot flush in the toiletyou have to put then in the trash bin. This is understandable anyhow since the sewage system in New York is old and fheir is risk of clogging. Hope they can find a way to get away with it. Aside from this the property is clean and nice

Decent place, close to transit, spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment was spacious. Had large bed that can fit two people easily, a good living room and kitchen for those who prefer cooking their meals. Also had a large fridge and small microwave. Bus stop is around the corner, it takes you to the metro after 5 stops. Location is in a moderately quiet street.

Cons: Patrons were asked not to flush toilet paper as indicated by the sign due to old plumbing system, but instead to use the waste basket provided, which i think is very unsanitary. Also felt like privacy was lacking as people hanging out in backyard could look into the apartment easily.

Great host

Pros: The host is attentive. At my arrival the fridge was not working. The host replaced it with a new one in a couple of days.

Cons: There are many sockets in the apartment, but none near the bed.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. 10 mins walk from the subway to Manhattan. The hostess Amy was extremely responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Nothing to mention

Everything we’re good starting from check in till check out.

Pros: It’s like an house with balcony n all the facilities are there.

Cons: No extra mirror only at the toilet.

Pros: The place was neat and clean. Location was convenient for bus and few minutes walk to the train station.

Cons: A/C or fan in bedrooms would be nice especially during summer.

It was a great experience.

Pros: It was easy to communicate with the host. She was very attentive.

Cons: Two small bugs incident.

Limpio y buen precio.

Pros: Limpio, buena relación calidad /precio, comparándolo con otros. Nos guardaron las maletas durante 2 días en que fuimos a Washington sin cobrar un extra. La comunicación con la propietaria fue muy buena.

Cons: Está un poco lejos de la parada de metro, pero eso ya lo sabíamos antes de reservar.

Pros: It’s spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, communication was easy 👍

Cons: A little far from everything but easy access by car
