My stay was comfortable but I would like my deposit back

Pros: I’ve been going there for years love the location.

Cons: Well new management brought on new policies. I didn’t like that they charged me a deposit fee for a “just in case” the room gets damaged method. When I got in the non smoking room there was a portable heater there that didn’t work and it looked like someone put out a cigarette on it, some things were broken and not of my doing.

It worked.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the door. I couldn't open it to get out. I thought I was locked in and called the front desk for help. I was told the clerk would come to help but he didn't. I'm not sure if Housekeeping opened it or if I suddenly had Herculean strength, but it opened.

Cons: See above. Plus the desk clerk at check-in, on the phone and at checkout was grumpy, rude and unwelcoming.

Pros: I liked being able to smoke in the room especially since it was raining.

Cons: Paint peeling on ceiling

Bon rapport qualité prix, bien situé

Pros: Chambres rénovées, grand stationnement. À la proximité de plusieurs restaurants. Près des autoroutes 87 et 90.

Ótimo espaço para não fumantes.

Pros: Do quarto limpo e sem qualquer cheiro ruim como o de cigarros ou animais. Quarto para não fumantes, atendimento na recepção e de funcionários e ótima localização.

Cons: Ao chegar eu fui direcionado para um quarto de fumantes e cheiro horrível no quarto com bitucas de cigarros na janela do banheiro, sendo que a minha reserva era para quarto de não fumantes, mas a recepcionista entendeu a minha reclamação e fui direcionado ao quarto para não fumantes...Tudo certo após a troca do quarto.

Quiet and peaceful

Pros: Great location nice quiet place to tuck away in for the night and it's the right thing.

Pros: I stayed here because everything else was sold out for the eclipse, and I was worried that it would be gross because of the mixed reviews. However, I was pleasantly that the bed and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed for my overnight stay.

Cons: The walls are a little thin so you can hear noise from other rooms.

Pros: The room was nice and cozy with a quiet location..
