Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

Pros: I frequently stay at this location when I come up to Albany I like the new upgrades

Cons: there is a large gap under the door that has a cold draft and easy for bugs or pest to enter the room and the shower curtain needed to be changed.

Very satisfied to have chosen this inn.

Pros: The room was clean, contrary to other reviews posted.

Cons: Noise from the aircon.

Pros: It's very quiet. And it rests very well, there is no noise and there is even a restaurant in the front part. I really liked it. I recommend it

Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: When you pull in, it looks like a motel. However, the suites are located in the back inside a hotel. It looks like a work in progress. No coffee pot, iron, or hair dryers in the rooms. Breakfast is a granola bar, jello fruit cup, or regular fruit cup. Coffee and juice is available too. The Mexican restaurant next door is really good! There’s a lot of shops like Target @ Whole Foods about a mile away. The location looks run down but we didn’t have any issues staying there. The rooms are clean with hardwood floors. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking but it beats having to stay in a motel.

Cons: Nice suites at a great price. Dog friendly but not much grass around for the animal to go.

Cheers to the staff! It's not new but they're working to get it to almost new.

Pros: The staff 💯. I've stayed here a number of times, it's going through updates. I've seen staff handling rude and loud customers calmly and professionally. I know it's hard for them, yet they finish with rude and loud, then smiling, pleasant as they efficiently deal with checking in the next customer starting their stay with a smile! One member of staff, always smiling and acknowledging you as he passes by. I call him smiley I've told him nobody can be in a bad mood when they pass your smile

Cons: Honestly, the flooring however the parking lot is in need of some repair, being part of the hotel is outdoor corridor so stuff is dragged in on shoes. I bring a Swiffer wet mop to clean the floor when I get in and before I leave because I like walking barefoot don't like stepping on things brought in from the parking in lot on shoes. Again the staff is 💯 so I don't fault them for that.

Our stay was okay. Good beds, hot shower.

Pros: Location was good. Easy to get to. Better signage would be helpful to find the place We used the big Motel 6 sign next door to find it when we'd leave and then come back to it.

Pros: I like that it was close to the mall it had a red stop market nd can't forget my Dunkin' Donuts

Cons: I had my own coffee but the room didn't have a coffee maker

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at Days Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend Days Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable one night stay.

Pros: All and all the rooms are nice and the beds are always fresh and very comfortable

Cons: That in the bigger rooms with a couch I think some couch’s need to be replaced
