Overnight stay in Millbrook NY

Pros: Very nice B&B, owner was very nice. The room was comfortable and it was very close to town.

Love old houses and understand the differences from hotels like creaky floors, etc.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast. The location was perfect for the events we were attending.

Cons: A waste basket in the room would have been more convenient instead of having to walk to the bathroom in the hall at night.

Very pleasant. A bit expensive, but I guess that’s the market for the area, even in March.

Pros: An 18th century house full of Italian antiques. Charming proprietor host.

Cons: Very difficult to find from the road (at the time of writing, I’m told that the sign is being refurbished)

Pros: The Country House has the warmth and comfort of a B&B, plus the privacy and convenience of a traditional hotel. Although just off of a major roadway, and 3-minute drive from the center of Millbrook, the House is tucked away - quiet even with the windows open. The breakfast, cooked by owner-chef Giancarlo, was amazing: coffee or tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, a ricotta-yogurt blend with caramelized apples, and scrumptious eggs on toast with a tomato jam.

Cons: Nothing - couldn't have been better!

Lovely historic home on a beautiful property in the heart of Millbrook with great hosts

Pros: Everything was great. The hosts were warm and helpful. The room was great. Perfect for our anniversary weekend. The breakfast was exceptional and served with charm.

Cons: WiFi was weak and could have used a power strip for chargers.

I loved it.

Pros: The host and food were phenomenal and the place is just fabulous! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons: It was a little dusty but I do not detract at ALL as it was not at all an issue for me. It was not unclean in any way, just felt like staying in the home of a busy friend.
