Cozy, comfortable and logistically simply.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in our cozy room. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was hot enough for my wife (which means its just below boiling). The bathroom was clean and functional. The vinyl records were a nice touch.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom was loud and it would turn on automatically with the light. This was understandable due to the age of the building but it should be noted: the walls are not insulated and basic conversations can be heard from the room next door. Luckily our neighbors were not night owls so sleeping was not a problem. Location is good; jut two blocks from Broadway but the stores/restaurants are limited. Another thing to note was the floor. It's old and squeaky but it adds some charm.

Lovely Inn in the Hudson Valley

Pros: The Kingston Carriage House was clean and unique. The decor of the Inn was fun and unique. The room was very comfortable. The Inn is in a great location.

Cons: No shower in the room.
