Pros: What's not to like when you have a nicely designed room, a stocked kitchen with breakfast and snacks and a firestarter kit for the fire pit so you can sit and watch the starts at night? Aside from the astectics, the property is designed with guest comfort in mind. Dimable lights, amazing rain shower, big thick comfy towels, the bagels for breakfast are from a bakery in Woodstock I believe and the overnight oats are delicious. I don't think the owner has cut corners on providing a luxury stay.

It was so Peaceful and Quiet. I would recommend your place to anyone!

Pros: Beautiful setting, comfortable room, well stocked pantry for guests. Enjoyed using the fire pit and eating breakfast outside.

Pros: I was looking for a quiet weekend get away. Coldbrook bed and breakfast happened to pop up during my search. I was immediately drawn to it's modern and well curated aesthetic plus how serene and off the beaten path it looked. When you're coming from the city you need all the quiet you can get. I was huge fan of being able to build a fire in the firepit which was great for morning coffee, evening beverages or just to sit around and read a book. Waking up with the view of the mountains in the morning is simply amazing. Kim the host was very communicative and helpful when needed. She also stocked the kitchen with wonderful snacks, condiments and breakfast items. The room is very cozy that has dimmed lighting to create a chill environment in the evening. Thank you again for creating such a peaceful place.

A wonderful country weekend.

Pros: We loved the peaceful hilltop location and beautiful views. Our room with the same mountain views was perfect and the coffee & breakfast foods were wonderful. This is an excellent choice for a B&B.

Perfect little getaway

Pros: My partner and I went to the Catskills for a quick getaway weekend and this B&B was the perfect little spot. You still get the modern amenities in the middle of nature. We enjoyed our smores over the bonfire. The breakfast options were great to start the day before we headed out each day.

Cons: The only minor inconveniences we had was that the shower had a little drainage issues, so the water would overflow at times. We had a few encounters with spiders throughout our stay, so if you have a fear of them, just be warned. Also, you could hear when the neighboring rooms entered and left their rooms just a side note.

Pros: Great location about 20 minutes from the center of Woodstock, great style, clean apartment, great options for breakfast, easy check-in.

Cons: Thin walls, while TV was at the lowest level the neighbors in the unit beside us were knocking on the wall to signal to us it was too loud. We also could hear someone in the neighboring unit snoring.

Pros: The views were amazing, the breakfast foods delicious, and the rooms large and comfortable!

Pros: Everything is as pictured and described. Amazingly comfortable stay.
